Spreading the message of reconciliation
‘Reconciliation week’ took on a new meaning for nine members of the LCANZ when they attended a biblical reconciliation intensive recently. Run by the Reconciliation Ministry department, it was part of the Training to Teach Biblical Reconciliation course.

The LCA’s RAP … are we there yet?

It’s Reconciliation Week in Australia from 27 May to 3 June and, almost 12 months on from the endorsement of the LCA’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we might ask: ‘Are we there yet?’ Checking our progress, we can see that we have made a start, but there is much more we can do.

‘In this together’: LCA Bishop reflects on Reconciliation Week
In the leadup to Reconciliation Week (27 May to 3 June), LCA/NZ Bishop John Henderson took the opportunity to reflect on the theme for 2020, ‘In this together’. Bishop Henderson encouraged the church to remember that we are ‘one humanity, joined in Christ Jesus’.
