The Lutheran Church of Australia Human Resource System (LCA HRS) will help you manage these ministry support functions:

• payroll administration and payment, using STP2-compliant processes
• pastor call administration
• superannuation guarantee payments
• leave records management
• interpretation of legislative requirements and other compliance and regulatory requirements
• LCA email account establishment.

The LCA Human Resource System will help us to serve you better. We can lighten the burden for volunteer treasurers, help officeholders meet their legal obligations, and ensure that all church workers have their entitlements properly met.
